I had an amazing experience with Lasting Paws Pet Memorial Services. Their customer service was truly outstanding—every person I spoke with was kind, compassionate, and incredibly supportive during a difficult time. The package was perfect, beautifully put together, and the paw print came out absolutely amazing. It means so much to have something so well-crafted to remember my beloved pet by. My 19 year old cat Lexi died at home and I took her to Lasting Paws’ Albuquerque crematory after visiting several local websites but liking their options and pricing. I called and spoke to a very nice individual, was told an appointment was not necessary and given their hours, and pricing. When I got there later that after that Friday afternoon I met with a very friendly man who explained everything clearly. Not only was I very pleased with the options, and the complimentary urns with my choice, but because I was a volunteer with AHNM who had recommended them, they said it would be no problem to deliver the ashes to me there on one of their regular runs. I had my kitty back within 5 days! I couldn’t be more pleased with everything! Thank you, Lasting Paws!

Warning: Long! I recently lost my 2 pet frogs. It was incredibly difficult to learn about as I was on vacation when it happened and wasn't told until I returned home. I called around town for pricing to cremate my 2 tiny, palm sized frogs. One place quoted me $200 each! I contacted Lasting Paws, and they quoted me about $200 for both. I found this reasonable considering my previous call. I brought them in that day, and upon my arrival I was met with some of the most caring and compassionate people I've ever met. They talked me through the whole process, gave me the option to pay then or upon pick up, and were so so kind through the whole process. The man I spoke to, who I believe is the owner even told me that the $200 quote was too much for these tiny frogs. He worked with me and brought the pricing down to what he believed was fair, and what I believe was more than generous. I cannot stress enough the compassion and love and care these folks put into their work. A few days later when I went to pick up my babies, I couldn't help but notice the packaging they put them in looked familiar. It turns out Lasting Paws had also cremated my dear dog Boe almost exactly a year previous. I wasn't aware of this because my veterinarian took care of his cremation for us during that process. It was truly a full circle moment, and I was truly overjoyed to learn my pup was with these people. I will always use Lasting Paws for my loved ones, even though I wish I wouldn't have to, right?! I am so thankful for the folks working there, doing what seems like the impossible. These people are incredibly strong. Thank you Lasting Paws, for making a hard time just that little bit easier.

I have to write a review for Lasting Paws that accentuates their supreme compassion and thoughtfulness. I knew my cat was starting to struggle, as she was starting to lose weight more rapidly. She still had the appetite of a lion and the attitude of a honey badger though, so we just kept feeding her and letting her do her thing. But then suddenly, she passed. The sadness and grief is overwhelming for a cat that has been part of your life for at least 12 years. It was with a heavy heart she was brought to Lasting Paws to be cremated. She happens to have two children at home (her babies are adult cats as well) and it was really hard to think about how she had to leave them behind, yes even though they are adults. I was met with supreme compassion the day I brought her in. In tears I explained my loss and how difficult it was to bring her here. I tried to explain how she had a family. How a part of our family had now passed on. I didn’t know they would go above and beyond with their thoughtfulness though. They provided me and our family with such an incredible memory of our cat. I have the most incredible gift that can now live on thanks to their care, attention, compassion and kindness. You never want to have to visit Lasting Paws, but you’ll be very glad you did IF you have to. They celebrate the life of your furry friend in a way you don’t have the words to express. Thank you Lasting Paws for your support in this heartbreaking time me and my family had to face. 10/10 stars if I could. We love you little Kia 🐈‍⬛💕

Over the last few years we have of our pets cremated by lasting paws. It was arranged through our veterinarian at bosque animal clinic. They do a wonderful job. The price is very reasonable. They take care In taking care of our beloved pets.
