After a negative experience with one of the other cremation services, our family decided to stop by CremateSimply’s office to discuss their options. CremateSimply offered exactly what we were looking for, at a fraction of the price other crematoriums would charge. Sahara was wonderful to work with. She was incredibly helpful, patient and empathetic throughout the entire process. She set clear expectations with us for the timeline, explaining that we might run into delays if the doctors at Lovelace didn’t get paperwork signed right away. Sahara called Lovelace every day to try to get the doctors to sign off on the cause of death, and called us every day for status updates. As soon as we got the paperwork from Lovelace, Sahara got the ball rolling. We had Mom’s ashes and death certificates in hand less than 48 hours after Lovelace submitted their piece. Sahara’s wonderful customer service helped to make things easier for our family during a very stressful and emotional time. For that, we are incredibly grateful.

Highly recommend this location. My brother and I were in search of a funeral home and cremation site for our father in December 2022 and right before Christmas, when not many places were around. Sahara was very attentive and returned our call right away. She made every effort to get us in right away, as we were from out of town and only had three days to make arrangements before heading back home to NY for the holiday. Sahara got us in the next day and spent time explaining how the process would go and did all the paperwork. From that point forward Sahara stayed in contact every step of the way and made sure to keep us informed of the status of everything. They were very quick to do the cremation for us, as well as provide me the proper paperwork to transport the cremains. The place is a bit hidden in the back of the cemetery and you could easily miss this little gem. Please reach out to Sahara if you are in need of great service and are looking for something quick and affordable. They have everything you need right there for your loved one. For someone who lived outside the state and in NY, working with them in NM over the phone and email was super easy. I highly recommend them if you are someone out of state, as it was very difficult to find a crematory there unless your familiar with the area.

Miriam was so great. She has done such a wonderful job helping me with my mother's cremation and has gone above and beyond. They also helped me with my father's passing last year. We were on a very tight schedule and had to have everything done within a week. Affordable delivered and were so amazing which made me call them for my mom without question. Thank you to all the staff at Affordable for making 2 of the hardest days in my life easier.

CremateSimply offered efficient, practical and dignified service for our loved one. There was no attempts to upscale beyond the services requested. They were sensitive to our needs and worked to keep us informed every step of the way.

Matt from Starline Printing is one of the friendliest and most helpful people I have worked with, period. Not only did he exceed my expectations for the job I needed (business cards), but he is very passionate and knowledgeable about printing, and made the experience fun! My dad was a printing salesman, so having grown up in the press I was excited to see the press at Starline, and Matt was more than generous with his time when he gave me a full tour of it. Then we sat down and he listened carefully to all the specifics I wanted, and then brought it all to life. In the future when anyone needs printing of any kind done, I will immediately recommend Matt and the team of professionals at Starline.
