The quality of the programs prayer cards and my mothers appearance was poor we should have gotten our personal hair stylist and make up artist. The programs we expected but the ones we received was cheap my mom’s prayer had no picture on it. The driver and the pastor were excellent. I would seek another funeral parlor when needed in the future.

Tales from the Hood Run from this crypt of an alleged funeral home that resembles “Tales from the Hood” HBO series . Giving this review is feel physically sickened just thinking about how dirty and creepy interior chapel is that housed my brother. Everything chair, pillar and kneeling bench was dusty, dirty or cracked. I did not have any input on the selection of this home, as my brother’s immediate family resides in New Jersey and we traveled from Atlanta, California and South Carolina. Con’s: there are zero positives. The staff onsite was minuscule, poorly dressed and lacked professional as they are rule and simply ignorant - lacking empathy. My brother’s makeup appeared cheap and lacked lively blending and texture. It appeared one color was just smeared over his entire face, including lips. The final facial appearance looked like he had been accident, but he died of natural causes - without a fall or injury. Bruises from the IV were very visible below is suit arms. I requested correction during the viewing but he was unchanged at the funeral. The building ceiling has leaked stained dated tiles . At the procession the drivers were worst than a taxi driver - they did. It escort or open the door for us. They left the doors open for you to seat yourself. The vehicles were dirty and had been either keyed or wrecked . The chapel was dirty and the staff allowed the next family to enter the chapel during our funeral, as it ran over time . I could say much more but I can barely thinking about the lack of service, cleanliness and unprofessionalism. The burial service was just poor, lacked feeling and pathetic. I wish I had something good to say, but this book cover is as ugly and worse inside . Lastly, I pray my brother body was not disrespect during his stay? The funeral was held Friday, 20 June 2025.

I recently had the experience of arranging my sister Ebony Fraser's funeral services through Perry Funeral Home, and I am truly grateful for their exceptional care and professionalism. Initially, I was hesitant due to some negative reviews I read online, but I am so glad I decided to contact Perry Funeral Home directly. From the moment I spoke with the manager on the phone, I was impressed with their transparency and willingness to guide us through the process. They provided clear, detailed information about pricing and ensured we understood all our options. When my family and I visited the funeral home to plan the services, we were met with warmth and compassion. The staff took their time to explain every detail, ensuring that nothing felt rushed or overlooked. Perry Funeral Home demonstrated a high level of professionalism and sensitivity during a very difficult time. Their support and attention to detail made a challenging situation much more manageable. I highly recommend Perry Funeral Home for their outstanding service and care. Thank you, Perry Funeral Home, for your exceptional support during this time.

Cassandra, who was assisting Sam Arnold, left a message on my grandfather's answering machine expressing her opinion about his interracial marriage. She said and I quote, "she's black and he's white, different strokes for different folks"... My grandfather and our family could not believe what we heard in his voicemail after paying for their services. We are all mourning a lost of a great woman and to hear Cassandra put down the love my grandparents had for one another is disgraceful! This was the worst experience I've ever had at a funeral home and if you're reading this, I recommend you search for another. They will take your money and talk about you like a dog later...
