Dear wonderful staff members at Friends Forever, Our very dearest, sweetest, lovely furry baby Lulu was cared for with your very special, wonderful, kind, warm, caring, and sweet services. Lulu was extremely special to our family. Lulu was our very precious furry family member. Lulu had a very special life journey with us. We drove 40 hours to California to see Lulu and adop Lulu and drove Lulu home with us in New Jersey. Lulu had a special 40-hour road trip with us from California to New Jersey to have a new loving home and a new sweet chapter of life with us in our family at the time. Since Lulu was so special and will always be special in our hearts of all our family members, we would like to take this opportunity to send this sincere special message with a very special heartfelt gratitude from the bottom of our hearts to you and to your so very wonderful services. We would like to say thank you dearly and deeply from the bottom of our hearts for taking the time to help us care for Lulu with your warm, kind, and thoughtful services at Friends Forever. You took so very good care of Lulu at the very last time when Lulu left this earth to go to heaven. We did not know your services. Lulu was sent to you at Friends and Forever by Lulu's lovely primary Doctor, Dr. Screnci and her lovely team members at Rothman Animal Hospital on behalf of our family. We knew Friends and Forever thanks to a very amazing, caring, kind, and sweet Doctor, Dr. Screnci and her nurses at Rothman Animal Hospital. We feel very fortunate for Lulu when Dr. Screnci sent Lulu to Friends and Forever on our behalf. Lulu was very lucky to be cared for by Friends and Forever. We are forever and always grateful to Friends Forever. Yes, we are going through a very profound grief of losing our very dearest beloved furry baby Lulu. However, thanks to the wonderful services that Friends Forever provided and cared for Lulu, it helps us so much in our hearts when our hearts were breaking into pieces. Your thoughtfulness, kindness, respect, support, care, warmth, and meaningful services truly help comfort us greatly as we could tell and experience that Lulu was in kind hands and in good care with warm hearted staff members at Friends and Forever. When we picked Lulu up at Rothman Animal Hospital after Friends and Forever dropped Lulu off. We were so thrilled and speechless to see and experience the wonderful and meaningful things that Friends and Forever did for Lulu. It was/is/will always be very comforting fir us to experience that Lulu was taken so good care of at the very last time when Lulu went to heaven. I had a few pets that died of old age, and I was never happy with the crematory I took them to. When my last dog died Scruffy, it was one of the hardest moments of my life. From the moment I contacted Friends Forever I was treated with compassion, respect and care. I felt like I wasn’t alone dealing with this. They handled Scruffy so gently and professionally, and brought me comfort knowing he was in good hands during this painful time. The ashes were beautifully prepared in a wooden box with his name plate on top. Thank you for being there for me and providing such a thoughtful and dignified service. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Andrea was amazing . She was thoughtful and listened, she cared . Asked questions about my babygirl Nyla she worked with me to decide what I needed and wanted and made sure it happened. I got to spend time with Nyla to say good bye. I got to hold her little paw one more time. I was very sad and heartbroken. Andrea listened to my stories about my Baby. I thank you Andrea for everything ❤️

I’ve unfortunately had to say goodbye to both of my pets in the last 2 years. We used Friends Forever first for my dog Cali in May 2023 and then for my cat Chip in April 2025. Both times we did a home euthanasia and then drove them up to Friends Forever for a private cremation. Because we aren’t local, we opted for same day pickup of their ashes, which is a little extra, as to be expected, but I’m grateful that is an option. Our pets were handled with care and respect. Andrea sets them up on a table and lets you have time to say goodbye, which is so very appreciated. The ink paw prints, nose prints, prayer cards, and necklace were all lovely and everything is priced well. She also asked if anyone else had to come pay their respects, which was so touching and I never thought that’d even be an option. The wooden urn she provides is beautiful, but she has other options on the website. We found Friends Forever because of the good reviews. Before saying goodbye to Cali in 2023, we looked at reviews of other crematories and read some pretty scary ones, where the owners didn’t receive their pets back. Friends Forever isn’t close, it’s about a 45 minute drive, but I would do anything for my pets and I needed to know it was them I was getting back. Thank you again Andrea/Friends Forever for taking good care of my babies. I recommend Friends Forever to all my friends and family.

Andrea was extremely welcoming, warm, personable and empathic while I was going through the loss of my sweet soul dog, Jackson. She made the process of paperwork and payment easy, and was very helpful and understanding of the time needing to say our final goodbyes to him. During such a difficult time, Andrea is someone you would want to be working with.
