I would like to thank Direct Cremations. They were professional, available at anytime and they were very compassionate. When you are dealing with hundreds of things when a loved one passes, they made sure their part would be completely handled. We were from out of state and they made it very easy for us. I would strongly recommend that you consider them if you need cremation services.

I mostly spoke to Wally and he was great to deal with. Very respectful of everything out family was going through, but also very much on top of getting done what we asked him to do for us. When I spoke to him a couple weeks before my Dad died, he told me what to expect as well as gave me some insight into things I hadn't thought of. When Dad did die, everything went exactly as Wally had explained and I was very happy with everything they did for us.

It was late at night when I got in touch with Wally from Direct Cremations. We were a bit disoriented at having just received the news of our loved one's passing. Wally was so kind and patient and took us step by step through the entire process. He took care of everything in a timely manner. A week from our loved one's death, we had the death certificate and their ashes. A week after that they were in our family niche. We are both so very grateful for Wally and Direct Cremations for helping us through a very difficult time. Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts!

We were given the name of Direct Cremations LLC from a social worker at Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains, while my mom was a patient there. When my mom passed away, my brother and I wanted to abide by her wishes for a cremation, and called them right away. Wally was very kind, patient and professional as he explained their services and what to expect. I had to reach out to him several times with questions and he was always responsive, polite and helpful. I let him know that we were unable to remove my mom’s watch, which my brother and I had bought years earlier as a gift for her, and he assured me they would take care of it and return it to me, which they did. This was an incredibly difficult thing to go through, but Direct Cremations handled everything professionally and with compassion.

The Most Professional Company I have ever used. I’d like to thank Bob and Wally for all their help with the cremation of my Mom. Extremely helpful professional curtious and reliable. I would highly recommend. It was a pleasure to deal with them considering what we were dealing with. They do all the work for you which made it so much easier on us. I can’t thank you enough
