They were so kind and friendly. The owner who happens to be the chief funeral director is very knowledgeable, attentive and very attractive. My late spouse looked like she was sleeping. She hasn't slept in several weeks due to the pain she was experiencing. The quality of the merchandise was exceptional, worth every penny. My love was definitely worth it. Kenny is amazing!!! kanita is wonderful!!! they made my grief so much lighter& I appreciate them. Anytime I'm in a situation of having a home going service for a love one, I will always call the Family Funeral Home !! I want to say thank you to everyone here at the Family Funeral Home. I lost my wife Monica Jackson on Sept 19 2021. Everyone at the Funeral home was so caring and polite even though we didn't meet face to face. I live in upstate NY 4 hours from there. My was was sick and passed we handled everything by phone . The Funeral Home kept in contact with me about everything going on. My wife was a direct cremation and when all was done she was sent back home to NY to be with her family. I would highly recommend them. I just want say again thank you all for your help and kindness in such a sad time for me and my 3 daughters.❤
