Pethavenservices, thank you for your amazing service. I recently lost my small pet, my hamster, Booger ☹️. I reached out to pethavenservices by phone and had arranged to get him picked up that very same day. A few hours later, he was picked up by a man that was very calm and friendly. Within a week, Booger's ashes arrived at my home safely. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received. The small wooden urn box is beautifully made and sealed, which isn't something that bothers me :), and his certificate of cremation is beautifully printed out. I truly have no complaints whatsoever! Thank you for bringing my beloved Booger back home to me safely ♡.

I had such a great experience with Pet Haven through ACC. My cat lived for 11 years, and his passing was so sudden and heartbreaking. Pet Haven, and the person who helped me, made the process so much easier. They showed me how everything was handled, responded very quickly, and communicated with such kindness and attentiveness. Amazing Service!!! My 15 yr old cat… MacKenzie passed on Dec 1. I got her ashes Dec 5 in a beautiful wood urn. Pet Haven took care of my beloved Pom in 2009 and they didnt disappoint me then or now. Affordable prices too. Bless your hearts. Thanks for all you do. ♥️🙏

I am forever grateful with Pet Haven. My father and used to have our cats cremated through another pet cemetery. But lately, the prices for a private cremation was too expensive for one cat! We lost our 18 year old Precious last month(died at home with us) and e had contacted the previous pet cemetery that took care of our other cats over the years. As mentioned before, the price for a private cremation was $550! We later found Pat Haven and was a godsend for us. Not only did the cemetery driver pick up Precious, the price was very affordable (private) within two weeks, our Precious baby was back home! I really appreciated the help and understanding that Pet Haven gave me. I lost my Safari on Sunday August 17 and she was returned home to me way faster than I thought on the 21st. Not to mention on how understanding they were with me as I was crying non stop speaking to them when setting up everything including a hospital to take her to. After I spoke with the vet they were getting her room ready while we were in the lobby, my girl had other plans and decided to go naturally in my arms. When the staff took her to the back she came back but with very faint breathe, even though they finished the process they clinic and Pet Haven did not charge me for her appointment to which I was very appreciative, the clinic told me a it would be a few days before she was picked up but to my surprise Pet Haven picked her up a few hours later, I did forget to tell them i wanted a clay paw print and told them late. When I received my girl I was honestly only expecting her urn but they again made it happen and got her print for me and also gave me a card and certificate. They really made this part of my loss really easy. My baby girl was 14 1/2 years. Thank you.
