One of the hardest reviews I’ve ever had to make — but well deserved. It took me a year to get to this point. There are genuinely good people working at InPeace, and Ryan is one of them. After the sudden passing of my mom, I was overwhelmed — it was my first time having to make arrangements. Ryan’s compassion and patience carried me through. He answered all of my texts, followed through on all my preferred details, and even went above and beyond to help me acquire my desired urn. He explained everything clearly, never rushed, and made a painful process feel manageable. The entire team — including the two Matts — was also incredibly accommodating and supportive. On behalf of my family, I would 100% recommend InPeace — their compassion and sensitivity make a big difference when you need it most.

It is never pleasant when someone passes away. My mother passed away and my father had fallen and broken his leg and hip and was in a rehab. There was no way to hold a service and it was left to only me, I was completely overwhelmed. Inpeace was an answer to my prayers. They were fantastic from the minute I contacted them until their follow up. I can not say enough great things about them. They were trustworthy and completely professional. It was such a relief. Not only was it the most affordable option I could find, and believe me, I looked thoroughly. They were the most affordable. Everything was included. It was such a relief. They took care of literally EVERYTHING! I did nothing, I filled everything out online, paid online, one quick conversation and signed some papers via email. They were compassionate, discreet and efficient. They truly care and keep you updated through the whole process, no guessing what happens next and when. I recommend them highly. I received my Mother's ashes immediately in the mail! I did not need to do anything. It saved us thousands of dollars we did not have and peace of mind. I have raved about them to everyone, even though it's a touchy subject, it is something we all unfortunately must deal with eventually. I think people appreciate knowing there are less expensive fabulous options like Inpeace out there!

Ryan provided compassionate, efficient, and responsive service during a very challenging time. He, and his sister, Brianne, always went that "extra mile" to minimize my burden during a period of profound grief. I am very grateful for their kindness.
