We’re very grateful for the care and thoughtfulness shown during the aftercare for our cat, who had been with us for 14 years. The staff communicated clearly and with genuine care throughout the process, and they took the time to address every question and concern we had. During a very emotional time for our family, their professionalism and compassion made a real difference. We truly appreciate the support and would highly recommend them.

We chose Final Gift for a private cremation after the loss of our dog. The box his ashes were returned in was beautiful, and the paw print memorial itself was well done. Unfortunately, there were two serious errors that overshadowed the experience. The first thing we opened was the cremation certificate, which listed the wrong dog’s name. In a moment that was already devastating, this caused immediate panic and distress about whether we had the correct ashes. After contacting them, they responded very quickly by both phone and email and assured us the ashes were correct. A replacement certificate was mailed — but it arrived in a box clearly labeled “Cremated Remains.” Given what had already happened, seeing that box caused another wave of anguish, as we briefly believed we had been given the wrong remains the first time. To their credit, they were responsive throughout and acknowledged that this packaging choice could be disturbing. It also seemed that this impact hadn’t been considered before and was only recognized after we raised it. No reimbursement or meaningful attempt to make things right for us was offered. While parts of the service were handled well, these mistakes created moments and pain that cannot be undone. For that reason, despite their responsiveness, I wouldn’t recommend using Final Gift.

Amazing! Such great customer service! Our family pet which was a hamster named Princess has passed away due to a cancerous tumor! I decided to cremate her so we can have her back home! Ms. Janelle was very very helpful, kind, understanding and professional! She’s truly the best and also received our Princesses cremation urn soooo quickly! When I say I was in shocked, I truly was! It feels so good to have our Princess back at home with us! Thank You for having a caring heart and helping me get through this and for the updates! I truly appreciate you so much! Keep being amazing! We loved the Urn, Princess Certificate and Thank you a million times for getting her home back to us safely! Such an amazing team, Godbless you all 🙏🏽✨

Final Gift Memorial is a compassionate organization that provides comfort and support during the tough times of losing our fur-baby. They respond kindly and patiently to our questions, showing respect , regardless of how often I called. I highly recommend them because they genuinely care. With their support, I felt at peace knowing my beloved fur-baby was in good hands. I would like to thank Kaitlyn Doyle and Joanna Stanley for assisting us during this challenging time.

You took what was an incredibly difficult time and turned it into a treasured experience we will forever hold close. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for offering such selfless, compassionate, tender, and loving care to our beloved Great Dane, who was tragically taken away from us too soon.
