My younger brother unexpectedly passed at 31 after living on his own in Manhattan. He moved from our hometown of Chicago 6 years ago. We didn’t know how to proceed in an unfamiliar city. Crestwood opened its doors to her a day ahead of the service, an unexpected but welcome gesture. Looking back, this set them apart and softened the sharp pains of a difficult situation. No surprises, no shocks, just smooth. Not sure if we could have done any better.

My dad's unfortunate passing in NYC, came at a time of Quarantine and I was not able to be by his side. With so much going on, it was very difficult to find a Funeral Home period. I was so fortunate to have come across Crestwood and their wonderful and professional staff.
