Carlstadt Pet Meadow

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Pet Meadow. From the first time we contacted them until we picked up the ashes of our beloved Molasses it was the kindest, most empathetic experience you could hope for!!! Pet Meadow made it possible for us to spend time with her before her cremation. She was laid out beautifully and the room was private. We had plenty of time to say our goodbyes properly. If you are ever in this situation which I hope is never the case, Pet Meadow makes this part of the goodbye as pain free as it could possibly be. A HUGE thank you to the Pet Meadow staff for all of their support and concern.

I appreciate the love and compassion pet meadow offered to me during the loss of my fur baby making sure she was handle with love and I love her clay paw print was made. I would have given them a 5 star but my only complaint was that the UPS carrier they used to send my fur baby cremations was not handled in a professional manner even though pet meadow left instructions for the package to be handled with care and it had to be delivered in person n signed by me I was expecting to be handed my fur baby in my hands but No my fur baby was lefted in my apt building on the hallway floor like a piece of regular mail I received a text saying it was delivered and I was in shock because I lefted a sign outside my building door telling UPS to call me when they arrive because my door bell is broken and they didn't follow instructions they just left my package on the floor I was hurt I started crying and I was really upset this wasn't the way I expected to receive my beloved dog I called pet meadows and they were very disappointed because I was supposed to sign and if no one was able to sign then the package gets returned to pet meadows .I spoke to the lady she said she would file a complaint at UPS she apologized she said this never happened before and she was soo sorry . I told her I know it wasn't their fault and if they could really speak to UPS and make this a big deal on how disrespectful that was because that was my family member ashes in that box my dog wasn't just a pet she was my child and they should have respect UPS CARRIER needs to apologize I was supposed to have a special and peaceful and secure experience and I was heart broken instead and angry .but I definitely appreciate how pet meadows treated me and listened to me while I was grieving my beautiful LUNA Sawicki and I would recommend them to my friends and family. Pet meadow did everything to make our difficult loss and give us peace with how wonderful they communicated with us from the time our dog passed, to all the lovely options to remember our Holly. Thank you for making the process easier. Wonderful staff and place.

I lost my most precious best friend Luna, a Chinese Shar Pei a few weeks ago. I have been planning to do a review but waited for my heart to heal a little more. Luna was extraordinary and never met anyone she didn’t love. Dealing with Pet Meadow I was at peace because of the care and compassion they delivered to my Luna and I. I spoke with 4 different people Rosa, Jennifer, Alexa, and the 4th I believe was Angelica. These women are a testament to the values Pet Meadow stands for and expects. I can’t stress enough the comfort they gave me during one of the worse times in my life. My Luna was one of a kind-sweet, friendly, smart, and everyone loved her as much as she loved them. Nothing will bring her back but things happened so fast and unexpectedly and you have eased the transition for my family and I. Thank you Pet Meadow from the bottom of my heart ♥️.

Everything from the urn to the dog print, cast, shaved fur and seeds were absolutely beautiful!!! When I received them, I cried like a baby because it just seems so unreal, but yet everything was so beautiful. The reps were very caring and I received my fur baby within 2 days.
