Great service. I happened to wake up to losing my loving Bugs and on thanksgiving. It was all a crazy morning but they were able to still provide service and allowed me to take Bugs within a couple hours after. There was great communication and patience I had a lot of questions and they were attentive to what I wanted. Greatly appreciated that they were able to take the process with a turnaround of almost of week. I got a classic provided urn for individual cremation along with a certificate and name plaque on urn I just placed it on the other side. Definitely considerate and would use again if needed.

Pleasant experience., from initial phone call, the process, & bringing my baby doggie Orlando back home. They were very patient, as I had so many questions., and I know I wasn't easy to deal with. I had asked them crazy questions, like how much longer can i hold on to my dog for, was another night okay, because I just wanted to spend more time with him.. Thank you Jeremy & staff.

My elderly cat died at 8:00PM on Christmas Eve, I phoned ACPC. To my surprise and great relief, they not only answered the phone on a major holiday but arranged pick up by 11:00PM that night. They arrived when they said they would, and phoned 5 minutes in advance of arrival as I’d requested. I’m very grateful for the service that they provided. Price was reasonable, also. Thank you for making a sad event easier to bear, All City.

It was the first time using All City and the experience was amazing. They came to pick up my puppy and the process was smooth.
