Very very disappointed! Asked them if I brought my own container to put the remains in after the cremation the girl said okay they wont process the bones. I bring my cat and container in pay the fee for a private cremation and waited in my car. Two hours later they hand me back my empty container and a small bag with some ashes in it acting all proud like they did me a favor. MY HEART WILL FOREVER BE SCARED

I am writing this review during a time of sadness. This past mid November we made the difficult decision to put our 14 year old black lab down. I was, and still am, heartbroken. It was extremely sad to leave, my baby, knowing I would not see him again. After his passing, he was going to Riverbend Pet Crematory for his cremation. A little over a week later our beloved dog was returned to us. I cried tears of sadness and tears of joy. His urn is heavy! He was and still is a big boy. Thank you to the staff at Riverbend Pet Crematory. Your dedication to your careers is amazing. I am forever grateful. Tully Crowley's family.

Excellent service, reasonable price. My mom's dog Shaggy died today at about 1:40am, and when I called at noon, Misha (I believe was her name) was very professional and straightforward while also being very kind and considerate. I asked how much it would cost for the individual and the communal cremation services and received a quick answer. It was $55 for the communal cremation and it would've been about $180 for the individual cremation (I informed her Shaggy weighs about 30 - 40 lbs). All the info they required was given over the phone within a short amount of time including my card information. When I went today to drop Shaggy off and have him cremated, I called to let them know I was there outside and I was told someone would come out. Someone came with a cart to transport Shaggy, and he was very kind and courteous. I placed Shaggy on the cart, took his collar, pet him one last time, and he gently took him away. Overall a very pleasant experience. I didn't have to wait at all on the phone, they were kind and professional, and it was a much lower price than I was expecting. I truly appreciate it. Thank you so much. I recommend this place to anyone else who may need to have their pet cremated at any point.

We cannot thank you enough for taking care of our Tabitha. Riverbend was extremely accommodating on short notice during the most recent winter Storm. Our cat passed away and it was difficult to find a private cremation package that was in our budget. Riverbend was not only affordable, but the staff had compassion and empathy during this time. The cremains came in an eco-friendly box which gives you the option to either bury or save. The paw impression came out beautifully, fur clipping included, and the sympathy card was heartfelt. I highly recommend Riverbend. Thank you so much for your help and care.

Staff were very kind, and offer a fair price for a private cremation. Paw prints and fur clippings are available. Pet’s ashes came back in a nice handcrafted urn with natural designs. Hours for drop off and pick up can be a bit difficult as weekdays closing at 4pm. After hours drop off is available at a charge. Were fine with us not being able to pick our pet up for a week due to our work schedules. There was a brief scare that items requested back were cremated along with our pet, but the items were thankfully found at a later call back. Staff were very kind during this process when I was having a very difficult time processing what felt like a second loss.
