The care, understanding, professionalism, respect and unwavering support of the assigned Director Jennifer Faulkner and her colleagues Patrick, Christina, Elizabeth and the General Manager Aaron Spiritos was outstanding as they all went above and beyond to make certain that every detail involved in the process was met with high standards to honor my father’s memory. Everyone who attended my father’s Celebration of Life and Memorial service at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH were extremely impressed with how beautifully the service was presented. It’s been almost a month later and those who attended are still talking to me about how impressed they were. It was absolutely amazing!!! The entire staff at Phaneuf was very welcoming and helpful through the entire process. No item or service was forced on us. Megan was VERY helpful in ensuring that no question, call, or text went unanswered and that every request was fulfilled. Most people, ourselves included, have little to no experience in dealing with this process and Megan helped us along the way while allowing us to do whatever felt right, not what’s expected. She was especially helpful when it came to coordinating with both our local Church as well as the NH State Veteran’s Cenetery. I would highly recommend Phaneuf when the time comes to make these hard decisions.

Phaneuf took beautiful care of my mother in law last year, so when it came time to make some pre arrangements for my husband, I knew just where to go! Three months later, when he passed at Hospice House, they were quick to respond, and we met with one of their funeral counselors,Tyler, that afternoon. They were able to accommodate our wishes without any difficulties. I was very happy with the care they showed us and my husband. I couldn’t have asked for better, and our guests were very impressed with the Phaneuf Funeral Home experience.
