Our veterinarian arranged cremation for our beloved pet through Pet Passages. His remains were returned within three days in a beautiful box, along with a paw print. We were very moved by the compassionate service. Thank you.

My wife and I lost our beloved dog of 11 years and Pet Passages was our last stop on a terrible, long and sad day. They were amazing, understanding and a breath of much needed air. Our baby was so well taken care of by them and their rates are very reasonable. Thank y'all so much for making the hardest time of our lives a bit easier ❤️

Our best friend Gus came back home today. He left us Wednesday. They are very compassionate and caring. We are shattered but know he was a good hands.

my cat claud had passed away a few nights ago at home. we hadn’t been able to afford treatment as it's really expensive, so you can imagine how hard it was and still is. he is and has been my entire world for eight years, i am entirely devastated and crushed. i felt so worried that i wouldn’t be able to be near him again. we’ll be moving soon and i was very afraid that i would have to bury him in my yard where i wouldn’t ever be able to come back and visit. my heart and entire body were very heavy and sinking for days and for every second leading up to arriving at pet passages. we had called in the morning at around 10:15 and were told that we would receive a call back to be scheduled for an appointment within 15 minutes. they called within the given timeframe and we were offered to be taken in as soon as 11:00 or 11:30. walking in, i was worried that i would feel overwhelmed with guilt and grief over the loss of my boy that i would break right there, but sarah was so friendly and light that i felt a natural sense of relief. she was very understanding that we had arrived a little late due to traffic going through dover to get there. i had brought his collar and tag to make sure that they had heard his name right over the phone, and sarah shared with us that she herself had a cat with a very similar name. as we had picked the remembrance package for claud, she showed us a display of the type of box that we would have for him. none of the time spent in there felt awkward or uncomfortable despite the circumstances, and although i had never been there or in a place like it, it felt comforting somewhat familiar. as we had talked about the traffic and inconveniences getting there, she offered to bring his ashes to dover for us to pick up, which was so kind and helpful. i was worried and upset that it might take a few days to have my world back with me, but she had him ready to be back with us that same day. when i picked him up, there were extra paw and nose prints. he had beautiful, large thumbs that were unlike any other, so his paw print is very unique and i’m so grateful to have more than one print of it. she personally texted us when she would be leaving for dover, it was incredibly kind and made me feel close and safe. i’m sure that my baby was handled with the love and care that he deserved, i’ll always be grateful for this company and for sarah, she has helped to make my guilt bearable. she is incredible and i’m so relieved that i won’t have to leave my boy behind and that neither of us will be without each other. 💕 i’d also like to say that pet tales, their online obituary that you can post on, is a very special idea and it made me feel more at ease to see pets that had been memorialized by their owners there, it’s very sweet.

this is the first time I've ever had to go the route of cremating a pet. I used to always live someplace where I could bury my pets. Steve was very helpful and accommodating for my specific needs, not just for my pet but for me as someone who suffers from numerous physical disabilities. I definitely recommend Pet Passages to anyone who would like an actual funeral for their pet, or if they just want someone they can trust theur pet with for cremation. It kind of blew my mind that it was an actual funeral home for pets. I wasn't expecting that. And he guarantees that you get your own Pet's ashes back. That's a huge plus!
