Christina in the Newmarket, NH location is just WONDERFUL!! She's extremely kind and professional and she always ensures your final say goodbye viewing of your beloved fur baby is peaceful. She has always done an incredible job making my fur babies look absolutely beautiful. Tomorrow I am having a say goodbye viewing for my 4th (super senior) fur baby. I have sadly lost 3 fur babies within an 8 month timeframe. The final goodbye viewing really helps to set my healing into motion. That last time spent with them means the world to me. My fluff boy BOWIE died tragically and suddenly. Which we believe was at the hands of neglectful vets office. We loved him so much and because we had that terrible experience with the vets office and feeling like no cared, we were beyond devastated. So unfortunately we had to bring him back to the vets office to get him cremated. We didn't know they changed centers. IM SO GLAD THEY DID!!!!! My husband did all work. He picked everything for me because I couldn't. Bowie came home in a beautiful gift bag. He came with his paw print which I wasn't expecting, and I loved and appreciated so much, came a blue satin bag. He had a certificate of cremation, nice touch very sweet. His aches are in protective plastic and a beautiful blue satin bag then his urn has his picture. Which came in a blue velvet bag. I cried so much. I loved all of this so much! I rested easy knowing that they cared about my boy! He was my fluff. I can't thank this place enough for giving me the closure I needed to be able to reest a bit easier knowing he was cared for!

Our pet pig passed away at home and we called Final Gift to have her cremated. We got an appointment right away and the staff was very kind and attentive.

I sadly had to have my cat Boots cremated. I opted to pick him up myself (they ship too though and I’ve heard their shipping is reliable). The office is beautiful inside and the staff is very kind. In addition to the urn I was given a cast/imprint of his paw print inside of a sturdy leather book, a card, and some perennials to plant in memory of him. Overall a great experience for me. They definitely made one of the hardest times in my life a little less hard with these simple things and I am grateful for that. I have also attached a photo of my sweet Bootie Boy.

I was just blown away when I received Gisby's ashes just beautiful. The paw print was an unexpected touch. Thank you all for taking care of my boy. John and Gisby
