When my husband died somewhat unexpectedly I was so scared and confused. Fortunately I remembered he wanted to use The Cremation Society of NH. I called them and they were so kind and helpful! They handled every thing with compassion and care. Charlotta and Elizabeth helped walk me through everything and did the death certificates and notification to SS. Being a veteran I’d chosen an urn with an Army plaque on it. I would highly recommend them to anyone, I gave his sister their information as well.

I highly recommend membership. You are not just a number here. They actually show that they care - from the front desk, to the car manager, to the follow up care staff and I can’t leave out the thoughtful lady filling the candy dishes. She went out of her way to hand pick a variety of candies to help cheer me up. They truly make a hard situation so much more bearable. Staff if you are reading this, I can’t thank you enough for the awesome care and respect you gave my mom (may she RIP) and me during this difficult time.

Professional, prompt, and informative throughout the process all while providing us with a sense of family by providing personal follow ups. The facility on Hanover St and the every one of the staff we interacted with were amazing. Dealing with the passing of a loved one was difficult for us but NH Cremation Society reduced the burden associated with after death arrangements for our loved one. My family and I had a very positive experience with the Cremation Society during a challenging time in life. Losing a family member is a very hard thing to deal with. Not knowing where to turn and who to ask questions adds a lot of pressure. Ellen is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me, answering every question asked. The communication with Ellen, and then Elizabeth, along with Patrick really made me feel at ease and comfortable with the plans and arrangements we agreed upon. I can’t say enough about how accommodating they were. I am glad we had the Cremation Society available and able to assist with final arrangements for my father.
