From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled with dignity, respect, and genuine kindness. During such a difficult time, his professionalism and calm presence brought us comfort and reassurance. He even took extra steps for our family that he truly didn’t have to, and his generosity did not go unnoticed.
