While this is not a review anyone enjoys writing given the circumstances, I am grateful to be writing it for Simple Cremation. I unfortunately lost my father recently and was in communication with Caitlyn Ottman about arrangements prior to his passing. Caitlyn was a listening ear, gave me all of the information I asked for, and her heart/manner through it all was incredibly kind and compassionate. When we came in to sign the paperwork, she explained all of our options and helped us with all of our questions regarding ash spreading. She was patient, supportive, and professional. I am so grateful to have worked with her during this incredibly difficult time. I feel my father's remains were cared for with true care and respect and I can't imagine trusting anyone else. Prices were very reasonable and they had many options available.
