We had an absolute wonderful experience from beginning to end. Everything was explained to us. All offers were made to us. The services were beautiful. The place was clean and neat and beautifully decorated. We had a couple of gentlemen there the day of the services to maintain peace and to assist us with anything needed. I would recommend La Paloma for anyone’s needs in their time of loss

My plans were in place when I reached out recently on behalf of my brother. I met with Tristen who welcomed me warmly. He was professional and thorough with explaining what to expect and all my options. Paula was very helpful with assisting me with the Obituary, as I had to reach out to her multiple times. So helpful and extremely patient. This was a cremation. The presentation I received when picking up the ashes was heartwarming. Thank you to the entire team. Your kindness is appreciated. I cannot speak highly enough of Nicole and her staff. When my mother passed away I was overwhelmed. Nicole stepped in and handled everything with such compassion and empathy making difficult decisions easy. Her support truly gave me peace of mind during a devastating time. The day of the service Joe and his team mate were amazing. Their compassion, professionalism, and incredible attention to detail made everything seamless. My family and I are grateful to La Paloma and their staff for their exceptional service and I highly recommend them.

We didn’t know what to do when we suddenly lost my wife and my children’s beloved Mother. Thankfully, the people at La Paloma were there and able to explain the process thoroughly at the beginning. There no surprises and everything went smoothly. I’d like to thank Kyra especially for keeping us informed and for her support and flexibility when we asked to make changes.

Unfortunately, our experience with La Paloma was far from what we hoped for. In a time of loss, we expected some level of understanding and human kindness. Instead, everything felt strictly transactional, and we were made to feel like just another number. We faced similar issues just like with Davis Funeral home with being charged for basic requests and had to make appointments and pay fees just to see our loved one, which added unnecessary stress. Families deserve better during such hard times. I would not recommend them in handling your loved ones services.
