I had a recent unexpected loss in my family and Lisa Marie took such great care of all of us. The level of care that was provided was above my expectations, she kept in communication during the whole process and explained to me things that I needed to know, given it was my first time doing something like this alone I needed a run down and Lisa Marie was very kind and informative. The entire office was amazing, compassionate, helpful, professional and I’m so glad I came to this one. I would recommend this place.

When we arrived in Reno the day, after finding out about my brother’s death, Walton’s funeral, was the number one Recommendation. Mike and his team made us feel so comfortable in our Time of grief. Executed everything, my parents asked for in a timely Manner. It made the whole process so much more reassuring, and we couldn’t have picked a better team to help us through our time of sorrow. On November 11th I lost my world. Lisa Marie became the one that brought understanding and sincere kindness to the level of becoming family when I had no one else. There was no request that went without immediate action. If I could give 6 stars I certainly wood.

Our family has suffered two losses in the last 6 months—our son in February, followed by my beloved husband in July. In these very difficult times, even while we were numb with shock and sadness, the folks at Walton’s helped us navigate the very unfamiliar steps of preparing to say a final goodbye to our son—an unexpected death, Five months later, my husband passed away following a long illness. That hough we knew his passing was expected—one is never really prepared for that moment. Once again the wonderful folks at Walton’s assisted us in taking care of all that needed to be done. With both our son and my husband, though open caskets were not in our plans, our immediate family had the opportunity to say a personal goodbye. We cannot thank the amazing folks who took care our loved ones after death. They were both just as they would have been before passing. I apologize to any who reads this, that my comments might be too explicit, but when walking this road, I found our experience so much less “traumatic” than I could ever have expected it to be. Thank you sincerely to all those at Walton’s who guided us through very difficult times.
