Truly a terrible experience with Scott Grossman. The days after the death of a loved one are difficult. Even though this is the cheapest place in the city, it can still be difficult for some people to gather the funds for this necessary end-of-life process. I scrambled for days, selling off personal items and borrowing from friends and family, all while Scott Grossman badgered me daily for payment. Then, after payment was sent, I heard NOTHING until one call, weeks later, informing me that I could pick up my father’s remains. When I arrived, the cold, clinical look of the interior was a perfect compliment to the pallid, uninterested expression plastered across the face of Scott Grossman. He was short, not only in energy, but in demeanor. Sorry I was such an inconvenience, Scott. I’ll make sure nobody I know will ever bother you again. I understand that business is business, but the pain and pressure I felt in the moment was plenty enough without some rude, impatient businessman hounding me. He either needs some more training, or he should consider whether his disposition and lack of patience are a proper fit for this line of work.

Can only wish every business was as professional and outstanding as Vegas Vally Cremation but the truth is they are so far superior and above anything we have experienced that we just feel privileged that they were the ones that helped us through. Between far exceeding our expectations and the incredible follow up before during and after we are just blown away by thier excellence !

Vegas Valley Cemation did a fantastic job from start to finish, I’d like to thank Isabella for all her help and being patient with me as I was in a grieving process. I will be recommending to friends and family when time of need. Thanks again!
