Our dog was very senior and was having trouble getting up and we knew it was time. I called and scheduled with them and they went over and above to make this terrible time just a little easier. Everyone was amazing and kind from the receptionist who scheduled us, the vet assistant, and especially the vet. Thank you for helping our baby to the rainbow bridge! She will be waiting there for us.

This review is long overdue. It was incredibly difficult finding the desire to write something revolving around the passing of our fur baby. But we're ready- and this business + the fine individuals working for them, deserve the praise. We could not have asked for a better experience. Our pet meant the world to us, and Jonathan and Dr. Snead took the time to make sure they understood that, making her as comfortable as possible for her journey over the rainbow bridge. The at home euthanasia service is truly wonderful, we didn't want it any other way for Princess. The process was smooth, communication was great (patience is a virtue as they are still growing and in high demand), and as mentioned above, Jonathan was the sweetest person we've had the pleasure of meeting. He made sure to help from start to finish with grace and patience. As for the vet himself doing the procedure, all we can say is WOW. Remarkably professional, respectful and compassionate. Princess knew immediately that she was in good hands with the way she relaxed when she saw him. We will never be able to thank him enough. If you find yourself in a position not wanting to be a vet's office saying goodbye to your loved one, Two By Two is 100% the company that should be used. We found them on google by chance, and we couldn't be happier with how it worked out. Although they may not have a lot of reviews, please take your time to consider this company as they made one of the hardest things we've ever had to do, the best we could've ever imagined. Thank you to everyone there, even those who helped with the cremation process.

I had to put my German shepherd down due to cancer. I chose the at home euthanasia so he can be as comfortable as possible. The doctor was very compassionate and educated me on the entire process. My boy went out peacefully and I have a huge relief that he’s no longer suffering. I highly recommend Two by Two pet support. From the doctor to their office operations, everything was straightforward and professional.

I helped my mom scheduled a pick-up service through Two by Two after our pup passed. Scheduling is very convenient online and the staff showed us so much kindness and compassion. You can tell they don’t make their processes “routine” and instead sympathize with their customers and respect the loss each person is going through. This service made it easier to deal with something that is never easy to go through. They were very flexible with pick-up times and allowed us to reschedule during the day to allow my mom the time she needed to say goodbye. They were very easy to contact as well. I can’t state what a help they were to our family. Given that I was not home to help my mom handle the passing of our baby boy, I’m so grateful they were there to step in in my place.

Death is not pretty but it can be peaceful. I’m happy we decided to go with Two by Two and say goodbye in our home. The doctor and staff were patient and caring. We appreciated them following up. During those times you need some kindness and support. They were just that! Would highly recommend.
