We sadly lost our best friend recently and we were desperate to find a place to get our baby cremated so we can keep him close. I found this place and they made a hard time easier on us. They were friendly and patient with us. They made these beautiful products for us so we can have our baby with us. We live an hour away from this location and Jeremy always made time for us. We were able to drive our Odie in and drop him off same day. Then at pick up he put his remains and paw print in a tiny gift bag. Seeing the results made us tear up and just be happy we can have our little guy to hold.

We lost Shiro about a week and a half ago. I cried every day, couldn’t eat, and couldn’t sleep for the first few days. She was my everything. When I had to find a cremation place, I called a few in the area and got the best impression from Jeremy—his way of handling my saddest day felt sincere and comforting. I also appreciated the clear pricing table on the website. Another reason I chose him was the bio cremation, which can return up to about 20% more ashes (I learned this from a YouTube video elsewhere). It was the hardest decision of my life—I knew nothing about cremation, and I had to make it quickly when I could barely think straight. Somehow, I felt this method would be better for Shiro—she would be in warm water for 21 hours, gently cleaned, like a peaceful spa treatment. Shiro was special, and she knew she was special, so I felt this was right for her. It made me feel like she was being cared for one last time before coming back to me. I have nothing against other cremation methods, but I needed a private one. With Jeremy’s help, Shiro was able to have her peaceful spa time all to herself. I also received a beautiful paw print that he made himself, and two gemstone pendants—amethyst and pink quartz. The hair lock was also beautifully prepared, and I’m so glad I got them. Thank you so much again, Jeremy, for taking care of my sweet Shiro.
