Cant say enough great things about the staff here. They responded within an hour after being called by Hospice. We called a day later and scheduled an appointment the next day. Harrison was very compassionate and a great help in preparing my mother in laws final wishes. From the casket, to the beautiful flowers and transporting to the cemetery. I highly recommend this family owned business.

losing someone that means the world to you is not easy, but having a funeral home that does everything they can to help with the lose is everything. I had the pleasure of working with Harrison with my fathers passing and especially sending him to Mexico made the transition easier. Harrison and his team always kept us updated and never seemed bothered when we called with a million questions. I will forever be grateful with this funeral home! We trusted them with our world and they came through!

Holding my cousins body hostage right now and he just recently passed. They have to answer for their transgressions somehow and im sure they will. My grandmother can not afford to get my younger cousins body back, so he is stuck there. He can't even be buried back home. Not something I would wish on anyone.

We had a wonderful cremation experience with Truckee Meadows Cremation & Burial. My father in law was transported here from hospice after he passed away. We made quick contact with TMCB the same day and set up a meeting for the following day. The process was seamless and we never felt pressured or upsold. They were transparent about the process and timeline and were always available for questions. TMCB automatically contacts social security about your loved one's death and will order as many death certificates as you need. My father in law passed last July and we received a card of remembrance from TMCB celebrating his birthday this month. We were very touched. They're a wonderful choice for what can be a difficult time and we plan to use them in the future if needed.

My father passed away over a month ago. I have initiated over 8 phones calls, emails and in person visits. 4 days ago I called and emailed begging to have the death certificates mailed and followed up with an email that same day. Yesterday I was told nothing had been sent. When I became upset and asked why I was being ignored..... I was told that this business has no set mail days but they would bring that up in the next staff meeting. The lack of accountability, communication and competence is astounding.
