Caitlyn Ottmann made the experience very easy to do pre arrangements for my father for whenever he may need it. I was able to setup a payment plan with her and I won't have to worry about anything in the future. I plan on doing one for myself and husband as well to make it easy for our children down the road. The price was very reasonable which is a huge plus.

Kaitlan was extremely helpful with the whole process. She was very knowledgeable. She took care of all the paperwork. Answered all of my questions, and then helped my wife with her questions. I feel she went over and beyond with her help. She made it a very pleasant visit.

My grandmother recently passed away and Hailee assisted us in her cremation. Hailee is exceptional. She went above and beyond for my family, she was very patient with us especially during difficult times like this. She is very communicative, always got back to us right away. She has a wonderful gift, she is amazing at what she does. It takes a special individual to do this kind of work. Highly recommend her!
