I called and spoke with the owner about coming and picking up my beautiful Chloe to help with her after her passing. They said they would be here between 8-12. I called a little before 12 and woke the owner up. I said are you still coming?? He said it was his day off but he had a new guy that was coming, but he didn’t have his phone number to contact him. He told me to just give him another 45 minutes! I just said how could you be in this line of business. Don’t send anyone! I thank god I didn’t send my Chloe with a person this uncaring! I did not know that you could take them to your vet for cremation, as this is my 1st time losing a pet. Please do not leave your precious babies with this heartless company! Chloe’s mom Amy
