Perpetual Memories was absolutely amazing during one of the hardest moments for our family. When our hamster, Cheeky, passed away, they treated her with such kindness, dignity, and genuine care. They were incredibly compassionate, patient, and understanding, which meant more to us than they could ever know. It was clear that they truly respect and love animals of all sizes, not just the “big” ones. During a very emotional time, they made the process feel gentle and peaceful. we had to put our Bubba down after his illness took a turn for the worse. i have never dealt with more caring people than perpetual memories. every phone call and we made numerous as bubba was up then down then we were unsure if he would live or not, they were completely understanding and when he did pass they came and took him from the hospital with such respect and care. i would recommend them highly and if need to in the future will use only them for my pets after life care.
Can not say enough good things about this company, which sounds like a crass name when really, they treated us like Family members. We lost 2 dogs in 7 days and without this service and the personal touch given, this moment in our life would have been exponentially more difficult and things were already so tough for our Family. We lost our 15 year old beloved dog Venus. At first they were very good about getting us in right away. Getting our dogs memorial remains back which only took about 3 to 4 weeks. However after that the experience with them went down hill fast. My husband requested to have the paw print with the remains and they gave us a nose print. After many phone calls Donato finally said he would get to the bottom of the misunderstanding. Turns out he never returned my call so two weeks later called again and they did not want to take accountability for the mistake and he sided with his assistant who took the order from my husband and I know what we ordered because I confirmed it with my husband the day of when we dropped off our dog however all the wanted to do was make excuses and argue about the situation. I asked if they had made a copy of the paw print that I could have and I still have to not heard back from Donato and that was over three weeks ago.When I called inquiring for him to call me his nosey assistant wanted to play detective and ask 5 million questions and I told her why is it any of your business I am the customer and it was a conversation with your owner Donato and myself. He still has not returned my phone call requesting that paw print of my dog. This was a very sensitive subject for me as this was my precious girl of 15 years I lost and I felt like this was a business transaction for them and not a personal sensitive compassionate situation for them. Lack of communication and empathy and very unprofessional especially when you are dealing with families that lost a beloved fur baby. Have some sympathy and grace for how you handle your customers and less excuses and more follow through. Very disappointing I felt disrespected as I went with this company based of their 5 star reviews and all they gave me was less than a 1 star experience!!! ******Just so we are clear Donato responded to my negative review I left him.That is absolutely false and an outright LIE!! With what he is saying, he never texted me nor called my phone but he wants to say he did to cover his tracks with this bad review!!!******
