Thank you to Palm. For such a horrific situation I am going through, I have to say Palm Mortuary on Eastern has been a pleasure to deal with in such a sad time of my life. I want to say thank you to Naomi for making it such a smooth process through all my decisions I had to make, as she was very pleasant to my husband and I. I also would like to say thank you to this very lovely women HELEN, wow she is such an amazing soul. Helen was so patient and such a nice, soft, welcoming person who went out of her way for my husband and I. Helen made this difficult time for us a bit easier by being such a very sweet, calming, caring soul. Thank you for everything. Genevieve Elwell.

Renee, Helen and all of the staff handled my father’s services with care. Everyone who attended appreciated the tender love put into the process leading up to and the events honoring my dad’s life. Thank you all so much. My mom was also buried here and they maintain the graves so beautifully. Highly recommended for your loved ones end of life proceedings.

Helen and Meghan B has been super helpful and supportive in our family’s time of need when our beloved Heralda Romero (Nanay Andang) passed. From their teams pickup process to the funeral planning and execution. Everything has been done beautifully. The Romero family is grateful for the Palm Eastern team and my father and his siblings are forever appreciative of handing their mother’s ashes with such great respect and dignity.

We cannot say enough about the compassion and professionalism shown by Helen , Megan and Meghan. From the very first phone call, their staff treated us with kindness, patience, and respect. During such a difficult time, they handled every detail with care and dignity, making the process as smooth. We are very thankful .

I am so grateful for Michael Robert's. He took me under his wing and made me feel completely safe. His professionalism was exceptional. He was approachable, patient and so compassionate. He was discrete and exceeded all my expectations. I don't know don't know how I got so lucky, but I appreciate everything he did! He gave me the strength to focus on what i needed to do. I wasn't worried about anything bc of him. I had a lot going on and had to reschedule. Michael didn't seem inconvenienced at all. I have no idea how to upload photos or to do very basic things w email and technology. Michael found a way to upload my photos and was so patient. I was able to trust him w my memories of my father and his wishes. I am so proud of the service. It was beautiful and delivered w love and the up most admiration. I had family that came to one of the appointments. They wanted things to be a certain way. Their views were different from my fathers wishes and mine. Their concerns were taken in w care and respect. He allowed me to be vulnerable and took away any worry that I had. I felt safe seen and understood. It was because of him that my fathers wishes were honored in remarkable way to include dignity, respect and class!
