Laura was exceptionally thorough and professional in guiding me through the entire pre-need process. She clearly explained each step and ensured that all necessary paperwork was completed accurately and efficiently. What stood out most was her attentiveness—she listened carefully to my questions, fully understood my concerns, and provided clear, thoughtful answers that gave me confidence and peace of mind. Her compassionate and knowledgeable approach made a potentially overwhelming process feel manageable and reassuring.

Ms. Ronnie, Ms. Elizabeth and all of Neptune have been so supportive during this time. I lost my dad last month and Ms. Ronnie made helped me stay above water… she let me know it’s okay to feel all the emotions because they were going to be there to help. My mom had purchased a plan from the Neptune Society over 20 years ago. We recently had to use their services. We found her contract and made one phone call. That was all it took. Attendents arrived within 2 hours. We are so grateful that our mom had the foresight to make the decision to purchase the plan. My wife and I were impressed with the care and attention to detail given by the Neptune Society staff. The impression was so good that we decided to purchase plans for ourselves. Our decision will give us peace of mind knowing that when the time comes, dealing with the departure of a loved one is less complicated.
