La Paloma Pet Cremation

The staff at La Paloma Pet Cremation put myself and my wife at complete ease from the second we walked in the door. I had to put my best friend down after a long life of staying by my side through many medical issues some of which I shouldn’t have survived but through it all he was there for me and the La Paloma staff acted as if he was their own dog. I am truly grateful for that.

This was one of the most difficult times for me. My cat of 13 years passed away suddenly, over night, and before their posted hours they still took my call and were very accepting and gracious. I had only half the cost when he passed, but they were alright with that, and took the other half of payment when I picked him up, after his particular urn arrived (they had to order it). The woman who took him was very kind, and she made the process easy and as pain free on their end as possible. They even kept him in his favourite blanket. My gratitude exceeds 5 stars. He is home now, and I am thankful that La Paloma was as trustworthy as I'd hoped. Thank you for treating my boy with the respect he deserved.

La Paloma took care of our beloved Michelin after her crossing to the other side. They were compassionate and easy to deal with in these difficult times. The frame they made for use is a super cute reminder of our precious kitty. The necklace was cuter than expected a special token for my grandson. We have 2 pets left and when their time comes we will use them again. Hopefully not soon though ❤️

Hands down the best place you can bring your pet, I lost my fur baby suddenly and was able to bring her in the same day. Was very grateful on how easy it was to fill out the forum online about what I wanted, I received my urn today and it is beautifully engraved and it came in a very nice pouch as well with a card about the rainbow bridge. The people here are very compassionate and I highly recommended them! Thank you La Paloma pet cremation for helping make my grief a little bit easier.

I want to give a shoutout to La Paloma Pet Cremation Services, because recently we lost, for first time,  one of our three lovely dogs. Those of us with pets know all the heartache and stress that comes with that and the staff at La Paloma went above and beyond to help our family through this emotional process. I will not go on with details because it’s a long story, but we want to thank Rachel, in particular, who showed so much kindness, patience and compassion to my parents during this difficult time. Those qualities are hard to find in people and business these days. Please consider doing business with them.
