Heaven's Gate Pet Memorial Center

I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful family-owned pet crematorium. From start to finish, the experience was handled with the utmost respect and genuine care. They truly go above and beyond, making sure every detail is taken care of with sincerity and compassion. It’s clear that they understand how much our pets mean to us and treat each situation with heartfelt empathy. The urns they provide are absolutely beautiful, a perfect tribute to a beloved companion. When I received my dog’s ashes, they were placed in a very lovely bag, which added a thoughtful, personal touch and made the whole process feel even more special. I am so grateful for their kindness and professionalism during such a difficult time. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Remarkable how well they cared for our needs. Ryan was exceptional and very personable. He provided special care to keep our dogs remains sacred and accommodated all of our needs. We've had many dogs and many cremations. This business was the best out of all of them. Highly recommend.

When life happens unexpectedly, you want someone to be there for you. On May 10th, our dog was killed unexpectedly in the evening. Everything is closed in the evenings, so Saturday morning I call Caring Pet and they never answered. What else am I supposed to do? So I gave Heaven's Gate a call. It's a bit of a drive for me but I had no where else to go and I can't do anything with my precious pup myself. The person who answered, Ryan, assured me they were open, I could walk in (no appointment needed), and he'd be there for us. He was very kind and soft and gentle. When we arrived, the first thing I noticed was that the office smelled nice, was nicely decorated, and very open and spacious. It was welcoming. We got the same amount of care I heard over the phone. I didn't feel rushed. He walked us through the process and showed us all the options we could purchase and offered a private cremation. We opted for the wooden urn that comes with the cremation and includes engraving, and purchased a paw print extra. A few days later when I went to pick up my dog, she was well taken care of by Josh. Nicely wrapped up in a bag and had a nice candle and keychain with her as well as the certificate of cremation. If this ever happens again, which hopefully won't for a long time, I'm going back to Heaven's Gate. They really care.

I can't say enough about the professional, respectful, compassionate, and kind people at Heaven's Gate. The loss of a much loved companion is so difficult. It's a comfort to know that they are in the hands of the team at Heaven's Gate as they transition to the next part of their journey. Thank you.
