Great staff, great communication, made the process of cremation for my father a smooth process. I was a bit lost but Erika Walked me through everything and made sure all arrangements were completed as needed. Erika was who assisted me the whole way. I bought necklaces from Amazon for my dad ashes and they even filled them for me. I definitely recommend if your family is in need of these services.

My dad recently passed and we chose Green Farewells because his wishes were to be cremated and a hydro cremation was the greener option. Lennette helped my brothers and I navigate the whole process and never pushed or rushed us. We purchased our own pendants separately and they took care of filling them. When my mom and I arrived to pick up my dad's remains, Lennette was incredibly kind and greeted us like we were already friends. In addition to the eco friendly urn, they also planted 25 trees in my dad's honor, which is amazing! So thank you so much Green Farewells and Lennette! Anyone who knows me knows that I'm not a fan of the funeral industry. However, Alexis and Lennette were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional, caring, and respectful with my mother who had just passed. They answered all our questions in a timely manner and always had an open line of communication. We selected aquamation for my mother and were pleasantly surprised at how eco-friendly it was and how excellent their prices were. (Most of the places I researched online wouldn't even list their prices.) Safe to say that we were very pleased with the outcome.
