After the death of our 15.5 year old Teacup Yorkie we were devastated and did not know who to contact for his cremation. We came across Furry Friends and were treated with much compassion and kindness, they came out within a few hours and understood our pain and sorrow. A couple weeks later they delivered his remains in a beautiful wooden box along with his paw print and some strands of his hair. The girl had tears in her eyes as I was crying and gave me an honest hug. I 1000% recommend them.

Before I took my neighbors dog, Daisy to this place, the intake text asked for her delivery address. I put in the text the address she was to be delivered to. On the website, it says they will hand deliver the animals remains. This is not true. My neighbor has to pick them up on Saturday using self serve and I most likely won't be able to take him that day. I don't know why they won't deliver his precious dog to him since he has no vehicle and the website and text both mention delivery. It has been almost a month since I dropped my neighbors dog off to them so the 2 week thing is also not completely true. There are too many inconsistencies to give them a 5 star review. Update: my neighbors baby is home and she was delivered. They made good on their promise so they get 5 stars now.

Furry Friend Funerals showed such compassion and respect when they came to pick up my puppy dog. It was hard to let go but they reassured me they would take good care of him. They made a heartbreaking goodbye kinder and more peaceful. Thank you so much.
