These wonderful souls that work there were so good to me after losing my best friend of almost 15 years, Zoe Marie. I paid to view the cremation and saw first hand how things are done & the back of the house. They were gentle, kind, understanding & patient w me during a time that most of us are so emotionally fragile. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You can trust that your kid’s body will be handled with absolute loving care. The cemetery & chapel are absolutely beautiful and it is very peaceful. They have a horse cemetery and they even have laid an elephant to rest! This is where you want to take your baby.

When I first buried my beloved dog 2 years ago everything seemed to be fine. The conditions of the lawn and markers are now deplorable. I have to go there every week and cut the grass around her grave and edge around her marker. I was told by the office that there is a new lawn company that will be cutting the grass and trimming around the markers and vases. That was 5 weeks ago. The markers around at least 50% of the cemetery are overgrown with weeds and grass. This is so disrespectful to the deceased fur babies that are buried there. I am so disappointed with their lack of consideration. Without giving 1 star I was not able to post this. But they really don't deserve 1 star!

I'm so glad to have found this place for my buddy's final rest. The staff was very kind, caring and compassionate. Gus my chihuahua have crossed the rainbow bridge at 15 years of age, was part of my family for 12 years giving joy and company. I could not hold my tears as I left my beloved Gus to Nancy. Thank you so much taking care of him for the final journey.

I am very pleased with the speed and care Craig road animal cremation took to get my family’s cat back to me. It was reasonably priced and the packaging is very professional. It took 5 days to get her back and it was $138 for the cremation, clay paw and lock of hair keep sake (for a 7 lb cat).

I just wanted to thank you for taking care of my baby max. You did a fantastic caring job. I wanted to personally call and thank you. But I knew I could not get thru it without crying. You gave me such good memories. Thank you very much
