Coral Cremations

The blue bag is cremated remains from west coast cremations. The plastic paw print bag is from coral cremations. My dog scruffy died on 11/14/25. It took coral cremations 5 weeks with me constantly pestering them to deliver my dog and this is what I get back. A cheap plastic bag, a messed up clay paw print with the hair and ink print all in the same bag together. I highly recommend not using these people. Unfortunately people don’t necessarily read reviews for cremation services right when their pet passes away. I hope this company at least improves their services so no other pet owner has to live with the regret of choosing the wrong company to lay their baby to rest.

I recently had an experience with these guys for cremation of my beloved dog, and I couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate and professional experience. From the very first call, the team was incredibly kind, understanding, and respectful. They treated my pet with such dignity and care, as if she were their own. The process was explained clearly and handled gently, giving me peace of mind during such a difficult time. I was deeply touched by the thoughtful details from the way they handled her remains to the beautiful urn and memorial items they provided.

It has been approximately six weeks since the passing of my beloved pet, and I have encountered significant challenges in the mourning process. (update as of 8/19/25) I finally received my fur baby back, (at lease I think its my baby) Upon my delivery, I was instructed via text message to modify my review. Consequently, I am providing this updated statement. This experience has led to a transformation of my initial feelings of grief into frustration directed towards this company. The level of professionalism displayed by this establishment is notably lacking. I encourage others not to rely solely on my account; instead, I recommend reviewing past evaluations for a more comprehensive understanding of the situation. I advise potential clients to consider alternative options for their pet care needs.

This place really made things so much easier when my dog died. I had no idea how I was gonna get his body to the cremation place with my busy schedule that day and him passing away in my bed at 3 o’clock in the morning. I was pretty devastated. I got no sleep.. we arranged a pick up and they showed up at the time that they were supposed to. I was really nervous towards the end because I kept waiting for the delivery of my Buddy boys ashes, but I will say they came the day that they were supposed to and delivered them. I was appreciative of their efforts to make sure to get it to me by the deadline, which was two weeks. I’m very happy with the service and the final product. I do recommend them to anyone needs this service like I said, there was just no time for me to transport my poor doggy and they saved me the headache of driving in traffic and finding a place and all that stuff they made everything so much easier. This place is a scam. Paid $349 they never delivered anything. Everytime I call they give me a day but just ignore me until I call back. 2 weeks tuned into over a month with no results. Do not trust these scammers Update. Response to the owner. First, all of my calls are recorded so what you stated is a blatant lie. Never was I told to pick up my pet remains. I was told each time that the urns were on backorder. The only reason I actually got the remains is because I bugged the company repeatedly and reached out to my friends in the Lieutenant Governor’s office. To come onto my review and blatantly lie just shows your lack of integrity. You could have owned up to your mistake and apologize but instead You decided to lie. We can escalate this if you’d like I have every single conversation with your business Recorded and saved.
