Losing our sweet Indi was one of the hardest things my wife and I have ever gone through, and this place truly made a painful experience a little easier to bear. From start to finish, they treated Indi with so much love and respect — as if she were their own. They took care of everything so gently and quickly. Indi passed on a Friday night, and by Tuesday morning, we had her back home. The paw print, nose print, and hair memorial plaque they made for us were absolutely beautiful — we could tell it was all done with genuine care and compassion. Their kindness and attention to detail helped us feel seen, comforted, and valued through one of the toughest times in our lives. One year ago today, April 6th, our family lost a piece of our heart. Our Lucy Girl was a 10 pound Maltese/Yorkie mix with a beautiful silver and grey coat. Lucy almost made it to her 16th birthday, just 3 months short. She was a little dog with a big heart that was full of love. Lucy loved to travel and we took her everywhere. Places like Phoenix, Palm Springs, Sequoia/Kings Canyon and many more road trips. She brought joy and happiness to us for many years. We were truly blessed to have her in our lives. When Lucy passed away in our home of old age and heart problems, we weren't sure what to do next. We were both dealing with our grief and trying to navigate this unfamiliar situation. We wanted to give her the proper respect and honor she deserved. While searching online, we discovered that not many of the facilities in town were open on Saturdays. After reading many reviews, we chose Compassionate Pet Cremation. We contacted them via telephone and advised them of our situation. They said they would be able to help us and would be able to accept Lucy that day. From the minute we walked through the door, we were greeted with condolences from a caring and friendly employee. After completing the paper work and discussing her arrangements, we decided on the individual cremation with the small wooden box. We returned to the facility on Wednesday morning for the viewing and the cremation. Once we were in the viewing room, they brought Lucy in so we could spend time with her before the cremation. We spent 20 to 30 minutes in the room with Lucy saying our final goodbyes. They then took Lucy away to complete the cremation. A few days later, we received a call saying that Lucy's remains and paperwork were ready to be picked up. We would like to thank the staff for their kindness and compassion in our time of need. They displayed the utmost care and professionalism in every step of the process. They are truly an asset to the community. Thank you so much!

After a horrible loss of our beloved Sparky, we didn't know what to do. We knew we wanted him cremated, so we can have him with us at home. We called many places that were charging way to much and just wanted drop off. We wouldn't get his ashes back. So my sister referred me to Compassionate Pet Cremation. That's what they are "Compassionate". They actually consoled us on our loss. They know Sparky was family and not just a pet. We dropped off Sparky and were given the chance to say our goodbyes. We picked him up 2 weeks later. They let us pick out our temporary urn, (they also have some to purchase). They also made this beautiful frame with Sparky's paw print and some of his fur. I recommend them if you decide to have your fur babies cremated. All the staff are friendly and very comforting. The prices are also reasonable, compared to the others I called. Staci is an absolute saint!!!! Thank you for making this difficult process so much easier on our family. We had to say goodbye to our boy of 16 years the other day. CPC made me feel comfortable, the price point is a godsend, and I got to say one last goodbye to my baby. Thank you, Staci and CPC team!
