Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremation

My experience with the Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremation was wonderful! I am so sad and so depressed about losing my Remi Lou and they were amazing every step of the way. Thank you so much for caring and being there for me. Thank you for the beautiful box and personalized plate. I couldn't ask for a better presentation.

We have now had two of our pets cremated here. Everyone there was completely sympathetic and understanding. We got a clay paw print impression for both of our rats and were very happy to see that not only did we get all 4 paw prints but also a tail imprint. We were very satisfied with the whole process including the nice person at the counter who offered us a room to give us some time with our most recent rat.

My dog died on a Saturday at 630 pm and no place was open. This place opens at 10 am Saturday and Sunday. They were so understanding and so professional. They didn't try to over sell me on things like my vet did. When they ended up taking my dog to get her cremated they could see I was having a difficult time and even asked if I needed a minute with her. I ended up getting a urn and a clay paw print to remember her. And it was even cheaper than my vet. Would recommend them to anyone

Michelle and the team have gone above and beyond to put our family at ease with the entire process. They were compassionate and delicate with our Baby girl. The entire process was explained and all questions answered. The urn turned out beautiful! For such a horrible experience to go through we were beyond grateful to have had these caring individuals help us along the way! Thank you.
