I had called Josh to find out what the process was so that when our Abby passed, I would have an idea. Within days of that call, Abby cross over to Rainbow Bridge. Josh and Mike were very helpful, answered all of our questions, communication was top notch. Josh texted me to say that Abby was back in Co Bluffs. (She passed at the vet clinic in Omaha and Josh picked her up.) I would highly recommend Fur-Ever and am so glad they are here in Co Bluffs. They are great to work with, turn around time was very minimal and Josh was very patient with me. Thank you again Fur-Ever.

Josh was amazing to deal with after the unexpected passing of my daughter’s bottle goat. We weren't sure if any place would be willing to cremate a goat but Josh said absolutely we can! He made the whole process easy for my daughter as this lose was very difficult on her. We will always recommend Fur-Ever Friends Pet Crematory to anyone that has lost their loved family member. If i could give 10 stars I would!!

Everyone we met or talked with was kind and respectful. Our sweetie lab girl passed away very unexpectedly. We contacted them first thing the next morning and was able to meet and give them our dog right away. I've never had to deal with losing a fur baby before, but I thought pricing was very reasonable. We got all the keepsakes we wanted to remember our baby girl. I hope it's a very long time before we need to use their services again, but I recommend and will be using them for future.

Andrea was a blessing to work with after the unexpected passing of our beloved Scout. She met us on a Sunday morning and ensured us that the cremation service would be done quickly. Which gave me peace of mind knowing Scout would be back home to rest forever with his family. Josh was very caring and compassionate when communicating with me and when we picked Scout up 2 days later. Such a great service during a very emotional time.

We adopted our sweet kitty Samantha from the NHS in January of 2020, when she was 15 years old. We knew our time with her wouldn't be long, but we were thrilled to get the nearly 5 years with her that we did. Nonetheless, when she seemingly fell ill recently, we knew it was likely her time, and the vet confirmed our fears. Thankfully, Josh with Fur-Ever Friends Pet Crematory was on standby. I called him and let him know Sam had gone to kitty heaven, and he was sympathetic and kind. From there, he did all of the work, and we were able to grieve. He arranged to pick her up with the Valley View Veterinary Clinic and kept me updated through each step of the process. He was even able to drop her off to me, which meant so much to me and my daughter. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism and sympathy given during this time. The Remembered Package was what we selected and couldn't be more happy with the results. As tough as it is to lose a pet, we all know our babies aren't walking among us forever, but you can be rest assured they will be well taken care of with this company.
