My experience with the Neptune staff was very easy, relaxed, and comforting. What a great feeling knowing I have all the arrangements made for my final end of life plans. They were affordable, and inclusive in each activity required. I would encourage anyone who hasn't planned ahead, seriously think about it. One never knows when they'll need their services. My best friend passed away very suddenly. Neptune Cremation was amazing, helping us with grief resources and through this difficult time. They are incredibly affordable and take upmost care of their clients. They respect my best friend's pronouns and identity, and used his preferred name on his ashes and obituary. They're trans-friendly and overall amazing. Thank you again.

My father purchased a plan 6 or 7 years ago. We thaught every thing sounded great as the plans were discussed with us. The price seemed really reasonable. As life goes my father passed recently due to complications at a hospital in Fort Smith Arkansas. One call to Neptune and as we crossed our fingers Neptune performed with speed and efficiency. No problems whatso ever. My mother in law purchased a plan a couple years ago. Based on our recent experience we have no worries.

The loss of my mother was a very hard experience to go through. I am so thankful for Neptune, I was referred by hospice. I did not call ahead of time because everything happened so fast. When I needed them they were so comforting. First call made and Corey was there for me. He walked me through the process and filed insurance for me, making the process so easy. He was there through every step and answered all my questions. All calls and emails were answered right away. Also they do not upsell anything. It was difficult for me to pick out my mother’s urn, so once I made the decision they rushed it for me free of charge. Neptune will provide just what you ask and need. I highly recommend them and can’t thank them enough.
