A death of a loved one is one of the hardest things to ever deal with and it is with much appreciation that I’m thankful for a funeral home that truly cares about making things as painless and simple as they can at this difficult time. Paul and Dawn met my daughter and I to put together exactly what my husband wanted for a service, in fact even before my husband passed Paul was on top of the paperwork and working to put together the benefits he was untitled to as a veteran. Dawn met us a the door each time we were there and both she and Paul were kind and supportive of what we were going through as if it were their loved one. Lincoln Family Funeral Care has been tremendous in how they’ve been of service to my brothers and me through the passing of both of our parents. They initially guided my parents through their plans and arrangements years ago, and then seamlessly followed through on plans when each of them passed. During these times, my brothers and I were overwhelmed with tasks and emotions, and LFFC patiently guided us through the steps and gently followed up when we lost track of deadlines in the midst of our grief. They worked with our church to ensure loose ends were tied up on our behalf, and they even checked in to see how we were doing after some time had passed. They made everything easy and as pleasant and peaceful as it could be.
