This business was the most accommodating and supportive experience my family could have wished for at such a hard time. The staff was so helpful and caring that I almost forgot this was a business because it felt like family helping family. The respect and kindness shown to us was above and beyond. I suddenly lost my father on 4/30/2024. I was blessed to work with this establishment. Funeral director, Christian Biester, was phenomenal to work with. He was in constant communication and was extremely understanding. He went above and beyond to assist me during this difficult process especially since I reside in another state. Everyone's situation is different and with that being said, Butherus Maser & Love are extremely flexible to accommodate most situations if not every. I highly recommend working with this establishment.

My mother passed away March 13, 2022. When going into the funeral home later that day I was so afraid and emotional. When we met with Jeff, he was so nice, compassionate and understanding. Jeff made us feel like it was all going to be okay. He was amazing and I am so glad I chose this amazing place. Jeff made sure my mom looked amazing the day of her viewing. I can't think him and his staff enough.

Butherus-Maser & Love Funeral Home were wonderful in helping me handle the final arrangements for my Father. In a difficult time which I have never had to handle final wishes before, the director Todd went above and beyond to work with me to make sure everything was taken care of. Everything I asked was executed in a very timely and professional manner and the communication was excellent in knowing the status of the arrangements I decided on. With my Dad being a veteran, they made sure to handle everything in line with the VA's benefits and streamlined everything for me so I had no worries. If you are handling a loved one's final wishes whether it be a burial, funeral, or cremation I would HIGHLY recommend using their services and you will not be disappointed. Some other reviews read on here seem unfortunate but in no way should reflect the reputation of this friendly, compassionate, and professional business who deals with people in their most difficult of times. It's no surprise why this establishment has been in business for so long and will continue to serve this community at a top notch level. I would give 10 stars if I could!!

My sister and pre planned and payed for our Mother’s funeral! At 101 years old we felt it was time. Little did we know that a mere 7 weeks later we would be going to her funeral! We buried her yesterday 1/13/2022! I must say that Mr John Love was very kind and compassionate. We gave them a recent picture of Mother so they could see how here hair should be arranged! Bottom line the day of the viewing she was perfect! She looked like she was alive! Her hair was perfect and the makeup they used was just right! It made the family very happy to see such care given to every detail! Thank you!
