What a horrible experience. Angela are you aware of the industry you’re in?? One that primarily deals with pain, sadness and suffering. That condescending attitude from the minute I walked in after you asked how you could help me. I asked for the death cert that was sent weeks ago and you said you didn’t have it without even looking. Rolling your eyes while calling the downtown location and acting exasperated to do so. What a mood you set that turned an already hard experience to one of complete agitation and frustration. You were zero help, nor did you try for that matter. I couldn’t even say a word when I left because I didn’t want to lose it on you. Shame on you. Thank goodness Colleen at the downtown location was way more helpful and understanding on the phone. I hope your next encounter with someone goes a lot more smoothly. It’s hard enough going there.

Very disappointed! My Father-in-law's interment was today and they really dropped the ball! An American hero who served in two wars; one as a jet mechanic and another as an Army chaplain was forgotten by you guys. No military honors for a man that also helped build the Veterans cemetery he was laid to rest in. Incredibly embarrassing behavior and you should be ashamed. There is no way to make this right for the family.
