We were in a pinch to get mold remediation done in a hurry when we sold our house and I couldn't believe how quickly James Birkett and his crew got us scheduled and taken care of. I think we had an estimate and scheduled start date within 48 hours of calling, which is unheard of these days with almost any type of home service. James was very transparent throughout the whole process and kept me updated daily. There were no surprise charges or fees. Very clean, professional work. We are extremely grateful for the quality of work and completion time. I highly recommend ServPro of Billings.

We decided to use Servpro to mitigate water damage from a hail storm. From the very first phone call with Jim I felt like they cared and just wanted to be here to help. Jim has done an amazing job coordinating a lot of damage mitigation and repairs. We had several crews come to our home and all were very professional. Two stand out craftsmen I would recommend to anyone. Jack, excellent communication and work ethic. always addressing me as Mr Nelson. Gage always updating status and how they were doing and what to expect. These two men Jack and Gage spent countless hours in my home. They earned my trust by demonstrating how much they cared for our belongings. They made us feel like they cared about our property and belongings as much as we do. Overall great communication, craftsmanship, care and follow through.

Serv Pro came in timely and packed up belongings safely and orderly. They mitigated all water damage and dried out our home. They were also able to find water damage that we had not realized. They were instrumental in guiding through the adjuster/insurance process us during this time.I would definitely use them again! Thanks to Jack, Tyler, Montana and Gage for taking good care of our belongings and home.

We were hit hard from the June 16, 2025 hail and wind storm. Our son's insurance company had made arrangements for Servpro of Billings to come out the next day to access the damages at his house. We asked them if they could come over to our house and check the walls around two of our windows that had blown completely out with rain and hail pouring in. Although our roof was severely damaged our ceilings were not leaking so we were not concerned about anything but the walls by the broken windows. When Emily came over to check for moisture we were shocked to see and hear her monitor not only show moisture in the walls by the windows but all along the ceiling of the west side of our house, not only were we devastated to learn we had more damage than we thought but we are so Thankful to Emily and her team for everything they did to mitigate the damage from getting worse and also they stood by us as we fought with our insurance to get approval for them to even be in our home to do what needed to be done! Every person I dealt with at Servpro was professional, polite and helpful. Emily and her crew explained everything that they were doing and stopped to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs restoration services. They did an exceptional job and cleaned up when they were done. I am very impressed with how they got us thru this awful time.
