I cannot say enough good things about Remington Letcher Memorial Funeral Home. Randy was so compassionate from the first call I made to him. He sat down with us and explained the entire process. He actually went above and beyond for me in planning and making phone calls on our behalf to lay both of my parents to rest together. I highly recommend Randy!

My Father recently passed away and from my first contact with Remington Letcher until the final details were done I couldn't have asked for any better assistance during this extremely difficult process. They compassionately advised us of all of our options and guided us down the path of least resistance which greatly eased our burden. They added a human element that isn't present at any other fuineral homes that I've visited.In the future I will definately use and recommend Remington Letcher Funeral Services to all of my family and friends.

After visiting a couple of other funeral homes, in Billings, Randy, became the clear choice as to who I wanted to do business with. With his expertise and compassionate heart, Randy, literally took me by the hand and guided me through the whole burial process. Randy was always mindful of how we were spending funds and attentive to what I needed along the way. I have nothing but praise for Remington Letcher Funeral Chapel. I was very impressed with how quickly they went to pick my dad up. We were treated very kindly and they were very professional. They guided us from the beginning to the end and I don't know what we would have done without them.

I attempted to contact Remington-Letcher at all 3 of the different phone numbers I found online today. I left a voice-mail at 2 of the numbers and when I finally got someone on the phone at the 3rd number, I was rudely questioned about who I was and immediately hung up on. I will not be using Remington Letcher Memorial Services in the future. I'd suggest no one else does either. How rude!
