Pet Passages were seriously so nice and got my little baby girl ready in three days to return home! This was my first loss with a fur baby and they were so compassionate. I got to pick out a beautiful urn even had her name on it a necklace with her ashes in it paw and nose prints her fur and picture frame with her name on and a pink heart that I can plant in the spring time. We unexpectedly lost our dog Cersei on Labor Day, and Pet Passages in Billings made such a heartbreaking time a little easier. I wasn’t able to be there myself, but my husband worked directly with them, and he was so impressed by their compassion and care. They provided a private viewing area, walked through all the options with him, and even set up a Pet Passages portal so we could follow along with the process after we left. Despite it being a holiday, they were open, met my husband outside, and helped bring our dog in with so much respect and kindness. Losing a pet is never easy, but their professionalism and thoughtfulness gave us peace knowing Cersei was treated with dignity. Jaime and the Pet Passages Team offer a very special service, in the most gentle and loving way, during what is arguably one of the most difficult experiences I’ve ever had. When I had to say goodbye to my best friend Jake, they came to my house and offered me and my sweet dog the upmost respect as they took him away for cremation.
