This was such a hard time for us, and the staff was just so empathetic and thoughtful. Coby was the absolute best to work with. He was on top of every task, great with communication, and always willing to accommodate our requests. He was very informative and kind. I called him dozens of times, and he was always there to answer every question. We met Kenzie towards the end, and she was also amazing. She was so sweet in taking care of my little sister who passed. You could tell that she really cared and felt sad for what we were going through. Wendy was also so great to work with. The team at Heights Family Funeral Home is amazing! During one of the most difficult times of our lives, Joey and the rest of the team were able to provide us with comfort, guidance, and patience. We had many requests including special pamphlets, music, a Patriot Guard, and burial in a different town. They helped us to ensure we were able to provide our father with the service that was perfect for him. From our home, to the venue, and then all the way to Deer Lodge, MT, Heights Family Funeral Home provided professional and compassionate service to us. Their main concern was to be able to meet all of our needs and make everything just perfect for us. We are eternally grateful for you all!
