I had to get my 15 years, 5 months old beagle dog euthanized Wednesday, September 18, 2024. He was more than my buddy, he was my family. His passing was sudden and incredibly painful. I had to get him cremated and it was really critical for me to be there for the whole process due to culturally specific needs and personal preferences, and to be as involved as possible and FF was the only facility that allowed me to be there from beginning to end for his funeral, bc thats what it was. The incredible woman who cremated him was sensitive, kind, understanding, and generous and helped make the whole thing a healing event. I was allowed to put significant items in with him and to help process his cremains. Id give 10 stars if I could. My beagle has a brother and sister and when it is time, (hopefully a long long time from now) I want to include FF as part of end of life planning.
This place is by far the best one. They are so wonderful passionate and caring when taking care of your fur babies finial day . They have been so wonderful to us
It's was last Monday that I lost my lil Baily dog. We took her in that morning to have her cremated. On Wednesday they called and said she was ready to come home. The paw print was perfect, the certificate was very pretty. When I went to look at her ashes. I opened the bag only to find a bag of all her bone with some ashes. Which was even better. Thank you guys for such a positive experience. Marla Connors.
I really appreciate the care with which Faithful Friends cremated my beloved cat. The pawprint cast was amazing! It was wonky, just like my buddy's paw and I know it's really his. It means so much to me that we can trust them to do this important service with care and integrity.
My grandmother got her dog cremated here. They sent her back a dog that wasn’t hers. They put her dogs name on the box and attached a different dogs hair and a large paw print. They then said they still have her dog and will need to cremate her and send back! She has been waiting for over 2 weeks just to get the wrong dog!! I do NOT recommend using them to cremate your beloved animals.
