Faithful Disaster Restoration

Had a black water leak from a toilet and Faithful came in and took care of all the damage right away. Technicians were friendly and answered all of my question and explained the process step by step. Would absolutely recommend.

Faithful Restoration was very good to work with. Once contacted, they were on site the same day. They communicated well with myself as well as the insurance company. This alleviated a great deal of stress. The leak within the wall was repaired by the plumbing company. Faithful then addressed all the water damage. Only wish they still did repairs, because I am still sorting through that issue.

This our second time using Faithful and we were very pleased again. They were prompt and kept us well informed about the process. They also were careful to lay down plastic over the carpet and stairs to keep things clean which I appreciated. They were friendly, got the job done well and we would use them again if needed.

Faithful did an excellent job helping us locate water damage in our home. They were professional, easy to get ahold of and willing to work around our schedule. We were able to pinpoint problem areas and get our house leaks under control.

We have been in our home for ten years. The basement bathroom (shower grout) has been difficult to keep clean. Even though a moisture test at inspection showed nothing, we have always wondered if there are any mold issues inside where we cannot see. Faithful 's air quality /mold spore test results put our mind at ease and at a reasonable price. Our neighbors have used them, too. I fully recommend, great customer service and thorough care.
