They allowed an unauthorized person to handle my father's remains. Allowed an extended family member to pay without contacting me first. Had to call and ask the unauthorized person if it was okay if i paid for it. After I had them return payment so I could pay, they tried to double charge me. Quoted me 150.00 to ship my father's remains to Helena then charged me 175.00. The lady at the front with the accent was a lovely person but that place is ridiculous.

Here’s what they did correctly: cremated my dad. Here’s what they could stand to work on: 1. when a family comes in grieving their loved one and they ask about the death certificate, do not tell said family that they need to be patient with the doctor, and not harass the doctor to sign the death certificate because it’ll just make them take longer to sign it… uuummm that doesn’t sound ethical. Also, it had been almost 3 wks since my father died and you didn’t have the death certificates! 2. When the person that has passed away comes in with their belongings and you tell the daughter of that person you’ll hold them for her until she gets to your place of business and then forget to give the belongings to her you do not make her come back when you are located in Montana and she is located in California and is making the 2 day trek back. You offer to ship her father’s items to her, and you pay for shipping. The people grieving the loss of their loved one/ones are the most important people. They are in pain, they are sad, they are angry, you do whatever you can to make that a tiny bit better and don’t tell them they have to be nice to the doctor in order to get their father’s death certificate.

Highly recommend this place for any family's passing. They're extremely helpful and caring not to mention they will go above and beyond to make the grieving family comfortable in anyway. Best prices and staff in town, hands down. Thank you for making the service process easy when everything else has been a nightmare. Really lifted a ton of weight off us as a family going here. Super appreciative.

I had the pleasure and joy of attending a funeral handled by Cremation & Funeral Gallery recently.. They are a family that is very close and dear to my heart and I would have not recommended any other funeral home for my close friends. They are without a doubt the best, caring and most trustworthy funeral home a family could ask for. They where there for me and my family twice in a short amount of time making arrangements worry free. You know your loved one is in good hands with these people. Tanya has created a wonderful staff that goes above and beyond the call of duty. Forever thankful year after year.
